FINE JEWELLERY MADE-TO-ORDER
Anti-mattermane fine jewellery products are all made-to-order. We source precious gemstones such as sapphires, diamonds and semi precious materials such as malachite, gold and silver for our customers worldwide. Our jewellers make each piece of Anti-mattermane fine jewellery by hand and exclusively for each individual order.
To assist with your purchase of Anti-mattermane fine jewellery we provide a tailored sales service to ensure product size, fit and material selections meet your needs. Due to the bespoke nature of each Anti-mattermane fine jewellery order we do not exchange, credit, refund or accept returns for change of mind on all Anti-mattermane fine jewellery products.
STOCKED JEWELLERY EXCHANGE FOR SIZE
We do exchange stocked jewellery products which are not made-to-order, where the wrong size has been ordered and if we have the correct size available. Discontinued designs cannot be exchanged.
Return exchanges are the responsibility of customers
Customers must pay for the return postage cost
Items must be returned in their original packaging unworn and undamaged

PRE-ORDER
Anti-mattermane occasionally offers pre-order on selected stock items. This allows customers to receive early access to our collections, and secure our limited stock of items before they arrive. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Anti-mattermane's control. You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-order cannot be exchanged before delivery. Our regular return policy applies to pre-order styles.
OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
All made-to-order fine jewellery products cannot be returned for change of mind. Made-to-order products are sold in direct consultation with each customer. The tailored sales process includes customer disclosures and confirmations relating to each purchase and our no change of mind, no return policy for all made-to-order fine jewellery.
All stocked jewellery products which are not made-to-order can be exchanged or a credit note issued. We do not provide refunds for change of mind decisions on any stocked jewellery products which are not made-to-order.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, all stocked products (non made-to-order products) can be returned for change of mind within the following timeframes and can be returned for a credit note or an exchange subject to stock availability.
Within 14 days of receiving your order
You must notify us of the return and the reason for the return by email at sales@antimattermane.com
You will be given a return authorisation and return shipping instructions
You must arrange the return, re-package the items and pay for all return shipping costs
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we will not refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product delivered to you.

Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned products;
The product must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with all packaging, labelling intact.

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for change of mind.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or any drop in value of the product (if you choose to keep it).
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. ONLINE CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
Change of delivery address
Changes to colours and sizes
Adding or removing items
Applying discounts
Full order cancellations
